Steven Lassen, Jr., 35, of Cusseta, GA, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at Navicent Health in Macon, GA.
Mr. Lassen was born in Columbus, GA, on June 22, 1988, to Steven Lassen, Sr. and Terese Philbrick. In his youth, he enjoyed playing baseball. Mr. Lassen had a big heart and was very loving, funny, and often goofy at times. He was a huge Georgia Bulldogs football fan. His children and his family were very important to him. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents William and Judy Lassen and by a sister, Mercedez Layne Miller.
He is survived by his father, Steven Lassen, Sr.; by his mother Terese Philbrick; by three children, Alexis Lassen, James Lassen, and Ella Lassen; by a brother, Anthony Miller; by two sisters, Megan Lassen and Camille Omboy; by his favorite aunt Bobbie Jo Lassen; by his maternal grandparents, Kenneth Philbrick, Jr. and June Ouellette; and by Danica Hovey, the mother of his oldest child; Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended family and friends also survive.
Way-Watson Funeral Home of Buena Vista, GA, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
