Steven F. Piatkowski, Jr., 53, of Cuba City, WI passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2025. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28th at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Crematory in Cuba City, WI, with Fr. David Flanagan officiating. A private family burial will be held at a later date. Family & friends may call on Tuesday, January 28th from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. The Haudenshield Funeral Home & Crematory in Cuba City, WI is serving the family.
Steve was born on December 28, 1971 to Steven & Barbara (Bierhaus) Piatkowski Sr. in Chicago, IL. He married Michelle A. Guild on February 26, 1999 in Chicago, IL. He worked as a truck driver for many years for Caledonia Haulers in Minnesota.
Steve enjoyed playing Xbox online, Gordon Ramsey cooking shows, cooking, trucking, an avid Chicago Bears & Chicago Cubs fan, his dogs, date nights with Michelle, but most of all, he enjoyed time spent with his family and friends. He will be forever missed by all who knew and loved him. Steve is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Michelle Guild-Piatkowski of Cuba City, WI; his mother, Barbara (Matt) Piatkowski of Chicago, IL; 5 siblings: Barbie Piatkowski, Johnny Piatkowski, Louie Piatkowski, Annie Piatkowski & Jackie Piatkowski; along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Steven, in-laws, Norman & Betty Guild, 2 brothers-in-law, John & Michael Guild.
In lieu of plants & flowers, a Steven F. Piatkowski Jr. Memorial Fund has been established.
