Steven Ufer Obituary
Steven Lynn Ufer, age 64, of Frederick, Oklahoma, passed away Saturday, October 18, 2025, at his home in Frederick.
He was born on July 14, 1961, in Jerseyville, Illinois, to Glen Ufer, Sr. and Helen Joyce (Kroeschel) Ufer. He graduated from Jersey Community High School in Jerseyville, Illinois in 1980. He moved to Frederick and worked as a farm hand for several farmers and then at Tyson Foods in Vernon, Texas.
Steven was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Jerry, Jeff and Doug Ufer.
He is survived by brother Glen (Stephanie) Ufer of Wyoming and Charles Ufer of Frederick, Oklahoma; one sister, Susan Phillips of Elk City, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces and nephews.
