Stevie Williams, age 60, passed away on August 12, 2025, at Northside Hospital Cherokee in Canton, GA, the town where he was born on April 20, 1965.

Stevie had a passion for sports. His love for golf, basketball, softball, and baseball showcased his athleticism. Beyond the thrill of the game, Stevie's heart belonged to the great outdoors. His most treasured moments were spent in the serenity of the mountains.

Family was the cornerstone of Stevie's world. He loved them with every fiber of his being. Stevie was a kind and good-hearted man who always found the good in everyone.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Doyal and Ruthell Williams; brothers, Wade Williams and Scotty Williams; father-in-law, Buck Rampley and brother-in-law, Ricky Rampley.

Stevie is survived by his wife, Becky Williams; son, Matt Williams; siblings, Dianne Standridge (Ricky), Daniel Williams (Angie), Renia Meeks (Jeremy), Joe Williams (Priscilla) and Randy Williams; mother-in-law, Jean Rampley; sisters-in-law, Kathy Long (Joe), Glenda Smith (Eddie) and Tammy Chambers (William); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 15, 2025 at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Travis Childers officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, August 14th from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Friday, August 15th from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at www.choa.org.
