Mrs. Sue W. Brady

Cochran, Georgia ~ It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sue W. Brady, a beloved mother, grandmother, and dear friend to many. Sue peacefully passed away Sunday, August 20, 2023, at her residence in Cochran, Georgia, at the age of 76.
Born on November 10, 1946, in the town of Keiser, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Mr. Guy Gordon Osborne and Mrs. Cleebie Lavon Barnes Osborne. Sue grew up in a close-knit family where she developed a strong sense of love, compassion, and a nurturing spirit. Throughout her life, she touched the lives of those around her with her warm smile, kind heart, and unwavering love. Her husband Ivey Brady and two brothers preceded her in death.
Sue leaves behind her children, Angie Williams, Julie Byram, and Joey Brady all of Cochran, who were her pride and joy. Sue's precious grandchildren, Preston Williams of Cochran, Phillip Byram of Atlanta, Tyler (Jennifer) Byram of Cochran, Kyle (Anna) Byram of Rentz, Chelsea (Austin) Francis of Cochran, James Judson of Perry and Jake Brady of Chester; and 7 great-grandchildren were her greatest source of happiness and she adored watching them grow. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at the Chapel of Fisher Funeral Home, in Cochran, Georgia, at 2:00 pm. Friends and family are invited to honor and pay their respects to this remarkable woman, whose impact will forever remain in our hearts. Burial will be private in Cedar Hill Cemetery. The Family will greet friends following the service in the chapel.
Sue Winona Brady will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her warm and caring nature, and her ability to bring joy to those around her. Her legacy will live on through the memories and lives she touched, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
