Sue Carolyn Criscillies 74 of Spencer, Indiana went to be with the Lord on June 2, 2024, at I.U. Hospice in Bloomington, Indiana. She was born October 6, 1949, to RC and Ethyl (Jenkins) Presley in Hendersonville, Tennessee. She was joined in the union of marriage to Clifton Criscillies on April 11, 1970. They enjoyed nearly fifty years of marriage until his passing on March 17, 2020. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and great grandmother. She lived a fulfilled life as a homemaker and child of God. She loved going to church and spending time with her family. She enjoyed singing for the Lord and serving God was the most important thing in her life. Sue was saved at the age of 12 at Buffalo Spring Missionary Baptist Church in Sumner County, Tennessee. and has been serving God since 1976. She loved her children and family very much.
Sue is survived by her children Lloyd Criscillies (Sandy) and Sherry Whobrey (Mark), grandchildren; Marcus Whobrey (Shelby), CJ Flake (Tresa), Harlan Flake, and Mindy Moore, Mother Ethyl Presley, siblings; Danny Presley (Connie), Darrell Presley (Colleen), David Presley (Joan) and Pam Presley (Chuck). In addition to her husband Clifton, Sue was preceded in passing by her father RC Presley, siblings; Kenny Presley, Larry Presley and Peggy Minton.
Service for Sue will be 1:00p.m, Friday, June 7, 2024, at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 1202 South Lynhurst Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana 46241 with calling from 10:00 a.m. until the time-of-service Pastor Jimmy Nelson will conduct the service.
