Cynthia "Cyndi" Renae Godsey (Ballantini), 65, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on October 12, 2025 surrounded by her closest family and friends.
She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on January 21,1960 to Ronnie Ballantini (deceased) and Carol Ballantini (Wike). She moved to Indianapolis in 1975 and graduated from Southport High School in 1978.
She had two beloved children, Holly Godsey (deceased) and Cory
Godsey, and moved on to raise her three granddaughters as well.
Cynthia dedicated her entire life to taking care of her family and even people who didn't share her blood.
Cynthia is survived by her mother Carol Ballantini (Wike); son, Cory (April) Godsey; grandchildren, Makayla (Jimmy), Brooklyn (Jordan), Addison, Asher; great-grandchildren, Ainslei, Lucy, Annie, and her brother Terry (Angie) Ballantini; as well as many other family and friends.
She was greeted in heaven by her father Ronnie Ballantini, daughter Holly Godsey, and grandson Nicholas Maga.
Cynthia's funeral service will be held on Monday October 20, 2025 visitation starting at 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. with the service starting at 1:00 p.m. at Singleton & St. Pierre Funeral & Cremation Services, 7602 Madison Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46227.
Burial Service will follow at Calvary and Holy Cross/St. Joseph Cemeteries
435 W Troy Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46225.
