Sue Wright Obituary
Ms. Wright grew up in Ackerman, Mississippi, the daughter of Maston Eugene and Christine Lewis Wright. She graduated from MSCW (now Mississippi University for Women) before starting a career as a flight attendant with Delta Air for 35 years. She was based primarily in New Orleans and Atlanta, Georgia, where she lived until she moved to Jackson to care for family. She was the caregiver for her nephew, Jason Watson, who died November 2, 2022.
Ms. Wright was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Linda Watson and her nephew Jason Watson. She is survived by several cousins.
A service for Ms. Wright and Mr. Watson will be held in Ackerman at a later date.

Sue Ellen and I were friends since college, roommates in New Orleans and again in Atlanta. Many, many phone calls to and from Jackson were sent the last fifteen years. I will miss my friend.
