Sulochana Chokshi

It is with heavy hearts, filled with lots of love, that we announce the passing of Sulochana Gautam Chokshi on May 15th, 2025. She passed peacefully at her home in Titusville surrounded by her family.
Sulochana was born in Khakhariya, India to Mathurbhai and Manibhen Patel on May 14th, 1959. She was the youngest of ten children and was raised by a large, loving family who affectionately referred to her as Saroj. She graduated from MS University-Baroda. She soon married Gautam Chokshi on 12/04/1984 in Vadodara, Gujarat and they then moved to Florida. Thereafter, they welcomed daughters, Bindi (1988) and Mausam (1991). Sulochana and Gautam opened a convenience store in 1993 called P&K Food Mart, where she worked for over 20 years, and was known as Sulu. She recently welcomed her son-in-law, Gaurav and granddaughter, Suhani to the family.
Sulochana was well known for her gentle and kind nature. She loved spending time with her granddaughter, family, and friends. She enjoyed going for walks, cooking, decorating her home, and reading her Saibaba book. She spent the last 10.5 years battling cancer and multiple injuries with incredible resilience and an unmatched positive spirit. She will be deeply missed by everyone who loved her.
Funeral services will be held on May 19th, 2025, at North Brevard Funeral Home, with viewing at noon and funeral service following the viewing. Arrangements are by North Brevard Funeral Home.
