Susan Nolan Obituary
Daughter of the late Lawrence & Helen (Johnstone) Bennett, Susan was born, raised, and educated in Clinton, and was a graduate of the Clinton High School, Class of 1965. She achieved her Licensed Practical Nursing certification from David Hale Fanning Trade School and spent her lifelong career in healthcare, working for the Clinton Hospital and Coachlace Nursing Home before ultimately retiring from her dream job, as the school nurse for the Clinton Elementary School. Following retirement, she and Jim enjoyed many winters at their home in Largo, Florida. Among her many hobbies and interests, Susan enjoyed playing golf, computer games, bowling, and knitting. Above all, she was a proud family matriarch, loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
Calling hours will be held from 4 until 7PM on Tuesday, February 24, 2026 in the Philbin-Comeau Funeral Home, 176 Water St., Clinton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at St. John the Evangelist Church, 80 Union St., Clinton. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Susan Nolan to: Barbara J. Mecum Foundation, 80 Shrewsbury St., Boylston, MA 01505. Online condolences may be placed at www.philbincomeaufh.com

We´re very sorry to learn of Sue´s passing. Smitty and I visited Sue and Jim in Largo several times - we always went out for a meal. Sue was a fun and kind person.
