Susan Young It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Susan Young, who passed away peacefully on July 13, 2025, at the age of 59. Susan resided in River Edge, NJ, and previously in Elmwood Park, and Woodbridge NJ. Born on August 2, 1965, at St. Mary Hospital in Hoboken, NJ. Susan was the beloved daughter of her late parents Stanley and Marilyn Young. Though Susan was developmentally disabled and non-verbal, she embraced life with an enthusiasm that touched everyone she met. Her bright smile was a testament to her joyful spirit, and she possessed a unique ability to communicate her desires and feelings, always leaving those around her with a lasting sense of warmth. Susan is survived by her brother, Steven Lee, his wife, Candice, their son Ryan, as well as Family, Friends, and Caregivers. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Patrick J. Conte Funeral Home, located at 274 Market Street, Elmwood Park, NJ. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park.
