Suzanne Molly Meadows, daughter of Calvin Young and Estelle Bixby, was born July 20, 1941 in Mt. Carmel, Illinois. She departed this life, January 30, 2025 in Osage Beach, Missouri at the age of eighty-three years, six months and ten days.
On July 20, 1956, in St. Louis, Missouri, she was united in marriage to George Meadows and to this union five children were born. Together they shared sixty-five years of marriage.
Suzanne was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son, Robert Dale Meadows.
She is survived by her son, Bernard Meadows and wife Sue of Camdenton, Missouri; son, Steve Meadows and wife Montyne of Montreal, Missouri; daughter Pam Meadows of Springfield, Missouri; daughter, Michele Dyonzak and husband Mark of St. Louis, Missouri; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Suzanne was raised in Mt. Carmel and married George on her birthday.
In her spare time, she enjoyed crafting.
She was a loving and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 7, 2025 at Alee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Camdenton, Missouri at 2:00 p.m. A Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Buffalo Prairie Cemetery.
