Suzanne Jane Morris age 72, passed away at home in Columbus, Ohio on 11/25/2024. Graduated from Whetstone High School in 1970 and worked at Anthem many years after graduation. After Anthem closed, she also worked at Northwestern Mutual. Her last place of employment was The Forum where she was a receptionist and retired from there. She was a long-time member of Overbrook Presbyterian Church where she sang in all the Children's' and adult choirs, plus she sang in the Celebration Singers. She was also a Deacon at Overbrook.
Suzanne and Bill loved going camping. They took camping trips to Disney and Myrtle Beach. We camped together at Brown County State Park in Indiana twice and had two campsites next to each other. What fun times we had. Most of our vacations were spent together, in Myrtle Beach, in cabins at Hocking Hills we went two times; to Venice, Florida and we also went two times to Put-in-Bay.
Suzanne is survived by her loving husband Bill Morris, sister Louanne and Don Clawson, sister-in-law Sandy Maple, nephews; Jonathan Caldwell, Robert and Cynthia Caldwell, Charles and Dawn Clawson, and cousins. She will also be missed by her furry dogs, Daisy and Millie.
Presided in death by parents, Weldon and Virginia Flint, grandparents, aunts and uncles, and one niece, Valerie Smith. (Clawson)
Memorial Service to be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Overbrook Presbyterian Church, 4131 High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43214
