Tahereh Khoshkhoo

Mrs. Tahereh Khoshkhoo Vojdani, beloved mother of Farhad, Bijan, Ahmad, Vahid, and Nazanin, cherished grandmother of ten, and great-grandmother of eleven, winged her flight to the Abhá Kingdom on August 27th, 2025. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, parents, siblings, and two sons. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

Born in Shiraz, Iran, Tahereh was raised in a devoted Bahá'í family and embodied faith, perseverance, and a love of learning from a young age. Despite many hardships, including the loss of her father at an early age and the persecution of her family for their Faith, she remained steadfast. At the age of 17, she married Vadiatullah Vojdani, with whom she built a loving home. They raised their five children with a strong emphasis on education and spiritual values.

Tahereh actively served the Bahá'í community in Shiraz and later in Duluth, Georgia, where she was a member of the Local Spiritual Assembly. Known for her generosity, resilience, and devotion, she supported countless family members and friends, nurtured her grandchildren, and was admired for her unmatched cooking and high standard of excellence. Though she endured the painful loss of loved ones, including her husband and two sons, she faced life with patience, dignity, and unwavering faith. Her legacy of service, sacrifice, and love will forever live on in the hearts of her family and community.
