Tammy Blevins-Fidone Obituary
She was born January 16, 1964, in Harlan, Ky., to Harold and Norma (Burton) Blevins. She received her RN degree from South Eastern Community College in Kentucky.
Tammy is survived by her husband Dave Fidone, of Council Bluffs; daughter, Melissa Hinkle and son, Dereck Redfern, both of Springfield, Tenn.; daughter, Allison Hayes, of Nashville, Tenn.; stepchildren, Rachel Fidone and Matt Fidone, both of Council Bluffs; siblings, Donna Dehmlow, Danny (Kim) Blevins, all of Springfield, Tenn., David Blevins, of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; parents, Harold and Norma Blevins, of Springfield; mother-in-law, and father-in-law, Louis and Donna Fidone, of Council Bluffs; 11 grandchildren; 8 nieces and nephews and beloved pets, Cassie and Emily.
Memorial Service Saturday, 1 p.m., at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel, Pastor Frankie Aquino, officiant. Family and friends are invited to Barley's following the Memorial Service.
