Tammy Bowman Obituary
Tammy O’Neal Bowman passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 53. She was born on Monday, June 12, 1972, in Hammond, Louisiana to Judy Harrel O’Neal and Allen O’Neal Sr. Tammy grew up in the town of Ponchatoula and went on to become a loving mother and wife. She enjoyed reading, watching tv series, spending time with her family; along with her three dogs (Buddy, Bella, & Baxter).
Tammy is survived by her; son and daughter-in-law, Kyle Alan Bowman & Tayler Wiley; brothers, Allen O’Neal Jr & Timmothy O’Neal; mother-in-law, Carol P. Bowman Harper; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Christopher Gerald Bowman & Michelle LaPrime Bowman; aunt, Myrna Fendlason; and uncle and aunt, Joe Porter & Diana Porter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alan Keith K. Bowman; mother, Judy H. O’Neal; father, Allen O’Neal Sr; father-in-law, Merlin R. Bowman; aunts, Margaret Justine Sance West & Evelyn Harrell; and uncle, David N. Fendlason.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula, 100 W. Magnolia Street, Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Saturday, January 3, 2026 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
Interment will follow in Wetmore Cemetery, Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
