Ms. Tamila "Tammy" Keaton Eads, resident of Archdale joined the Lord on October 2nd, 2025, at Duke Medical Center in Durham. She lived her life with perseverance and strength, rooted in love for her family.

Tammy was born on July 9th, 1962, in Crockett, Kentucky. A daughter to the late Lonnie Winfred and Addie Ison Keaton. At the age of 17, she fell in love and moved from her small town in Kentucky to the City of High Point, where she pursued her career in the furniture industry. She later found her true calling of being a stay-at-home mom, where she poured her whole heart into her 3 children and granddaughter. Tammy had a contagious laugh, a smile that could light up the room and was the definition of a "social butterfly". She was clothed in strength and dignity, always a shoulder to lean on, and was a dear friend to anyone who had the privilege to meet her. She loved to walk by the ocean, dance like nobody's watching and to live life to the fullest. She especially loved dancing at The Local in Myrtle beach, her happy place.

Surviving is her three daughters, Ashley Morris (Brandon) of Southport, Brittany Stout (Collin) of High Point, and Brandi Hepler (Calvin) of Archdale; her longtime companion Scott Randolph of Archdale; a brother William "Bill" Keaton of Elk Fork, KY; four sisters, Lynn Booth of Middletown, OH, Kathy Coffey (John) of Elk Fork, KY, and Brenda Smith (Darell) of Elk Fork, KY; four grandchildren, Kaley, Landon, Adelyn, and Oliver; a great-grandson, Micheal; and many nieces and nephews including her goddaughter Patricia "Trish" Fultz of Harlan Iowa. In addition to her parents, Tammy was preceded in death by her sister, Iris Merriett and her brother, Ottis Keaton.

Funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock p.m. on Thursday, October 9th, in the Chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale. Burial will follow at Floral Garden Park Cemetery in High Point. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 12:00-1:00 p.m., at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society at P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741. Condolences may be made through www.cumbyfuneral.com.
