Born on March 29, 1960 in West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Ivan Fincham and Sarah (Trivett) Crouse.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a step-father, Robert Crouse, a daughter Tanya Luttman and a son, Richard Carr. She is also survived by siblings, Deborah Moyer, Pamela Hoffman, Drema Zook, Rose Moutia, Loretta Homer, Tracy Noggle, and Ivan Fincham, Jr., step-sisters Carol Fincham and Betty Lou Fincham, grandchildren Ashley Carr, Zachary Carr, Jordan Carr and Nicholas Carr as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Charlie Fincham.
Tammy worked as a waitress at various restaurants. She enjoyed doing puzzles, sewing and reading her Bible. Tammy loved her dog, Itzy.
All services will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that you send memorials in Tammy's memory to Tonya Luttman, P. O. Box 19, Elizabethtown, PA 17022.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 100 Bridge Street, Mifflintown.
