Tan Huynh, 85, of Doylestown, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, August 21, 2025. A man whose life was filled with music and joy, he will be deeply missed.
Born in Vietnam, Tan was the son of the late Tham Kim Huynh and Diem Thi Le and the beloved husband of the late Nang Huynh. He was an avid musician who loved to play the mandolin, and his passion for music brought him much joy. Tan had a lifelong love for playing soccer, and he was an active and cherished member of the Vietnamese Catholic community in the greater Philadelphia area.
Tan's memory will be cherished by his devoted sons: Tri and his wife Lisa of Doylestown, PA; Thang and his husband Damian of San Francisco, CA; and Andrew and his wife Kasey of Centreville, VA. He was the proud grandfather of Luke. Tan is also survived by a large and loving extended family of brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewings on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 from 6:00 to 8:00PM in the Joseph A. Fluehr III Funeral Home, 241 East Butler Avenue (at Sandy Ridge Rd.) New Britain, PA 18901 and on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 from 10:00am until his Funeral Mass 11:00AM at St. Maria Goretti Roman Catholic Church, 1601 Derstine Road Hatfield, PA 19440.
His interment will follow at St. John Neumann Cemetery in Chalfont, PA. For those persons unable to attend the Tan's Funeral Mass in person, please feel free to view a live streaming of his Funeral mass by visiting the Church's website: at 11:00am EST on August 27th.
