Tanya Mabe, born December 28, 1976, in Winston-Salem, NC, passed away on August 17, 2025. Her passing leaves a deep ache in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Tanya was a gentle, kind-hearted soul whose warmth and compassion touched countless lives.
Born to the late Danny and Rhonda Mabe, Tanya carried on their legacy of love and strength. She had a heart that was always open—ready to help, to listen, to comfort. She found her greatest joy in spending time with her grandchildren, who were truly the apple of her eye. Whether listening to her favorite country or R&B tunes, crocheting in quiet moments, or simply being with her family, Tanya’s presence brought comfort and peace.
Tanya was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved son, Tristan Gadberry; her precious granddaughter, Raina Harrigan; and her uncle, Mitchell “Mickey” Bullard. Though we grieve deeply, we take solace in knowing she is now reunited with those she loved and missed so dearly.
She leaves behind a family who will forever cherish her memory: her daughter Tiffany Lynch, her son Danny Gadberry, and her six beloved grandchildren—Neaveh, Heavenlee,Yulani,Sykani , Danny Jr., and Tanner. She is also survived by her sisters, Tina Allen (Marcella) and Holly Gabe, and her brother, Dustin Mabe. There is also a host of nieces and nephews left to cherish her memory and forever hold her in their hearts.
