Tatum Leigh Smith

Little Tatum Leigh Smith, infant daughter of Chris and Bella Smith of Ooltewah, Tennessee departed this life Thursday, December 25, 2025 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. She was born December 19, 2025. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Shane Anthony Smith, great grandfathers Quinton "Mustard" Smith, Ronald Rayburn. She is also survived by her grandparents, Jason and Janniz "YaYa" Derrick of Ooltewah, TN, Donna Gulledge of Chatsworth, GA; great grandmother, Jeanette "Nanny" Rayburn of Chatsworth, GA; aunts and uncles, Sophie Bonner of Ooltewah, TN, Taylor and Emileigh Smith of Chatsworth, GA, Justin Bowling of Calhoun, GA; great aunts and uncles, David "Pop Pop" and Lanena "Nae Nae" Smith of Dalton, GA, John and Misti Mattox of Rainsville, AL; cousins, Devin and Payton Smith, Austin and Kacie Smith, Kaleigh and Dylan Center; several other family also survived.

Celebration of life service for Little Tatum Leigh Smith will be held Sunday December 28, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Brian Branam officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
