Terence "Junior" Donelly

Terence "Junior" Donelly, aged 41, of Newark, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2024. Born on January 29, 1983, in St. Croix, Junior was a spirited soul who brought joy and laughter to all who knew him. He was a cherished father, brother, and friend, and his presence will be deeply missed.
Junior was preceded in death by his loving mother Theresa Donelly, his father Matthew Donelly, brother Joseph Donelly, and sister Arlene Donelly. He leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth that will be carried on by his devoted sisters, Bertha Xavier, Vercilia Wilson, Amelia Allen, and Tricia Tisson. Junior's memory will also be treasured by his brothers, Gilbert and Tristan Donelly. His spirit will live on through his beloved children, Peace, Kaden, and Kalan Donelly, who were the light of his life. He also leaves behind his nephews, Gabriel Donelly, McNeil Donelly, Vashawn Solomon, Calongi Robin, and Simani Tisson; his nieces, Shantel Donelly, Lisa Pierre Louis, Cadeejah Solomon Thea Xavier, Aaliyah Tisson, Faysia Donelly, Serbrina Tisson, and Timika George; along with his close friends, Kareem Huggins, Ryan Cornwall, Ryan Simmonds, Irvin Monroe, Mr. Cliff, Jason, Kalon, Raymond, Martin Jr., and others too Numerous to mention.
A graduate of West Side High School in Newark in 2002, Junior was known for his friendly demeanor and selfless nature. He dedicated many years as a CDL driver, where he was not only respected for his work ethic but also appreciated for his camaraderie and kindness.
Junior's passions extended beyond his work. He was a man who relished every moment with his family and close friends. His laughter was infectious, and his generous spirit made every gathering memorable. Junior's closest friends, Kareem Huggins, Ryan Simmonds, Jason, Kalon, Irvin Monroe, Mr. Cliff, Raymond, Ryan Cornwall and many others, will forever recall the countless good times spent together and the unwavering support he provided.
Junior's children were his pride and joy, and he took every opportunity to instill in them the values of kindness and joy for life.
Those who knew Junior would describe him as a loving father, a friendly face in the crowd, and a selfless individual who always put others before himself. Junior's family will forever cherish the memories they created together. As we say goodbye to Terence "Junior" Donelly, we celebrate a life lived with zest and boundless affection. The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time.
