TERESA G. ELZER

Teresa G. Elzer, age 89, of Brunswick, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 7, 2024, and is now reunited with her husband of 67 years, the late Donald J. Elzer. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA on October 11, 1934, to the late Stanislaus and Helen (Porolnik) Baczkowski.

Teresa brightened any room she entered. Helping others, especially her friends at Story Point in Medina where she resided for the last 3 years, was her passion. She was known for her creative talents and her gifts as a beautician. Teresa spent years as activity director at Willowood Nursing Home. After losing her husband Teresa focused her love on her cats Nip & Tuck.

Terry and Don raised their family of three children in Pittsburgh, PA and later Brunswick, Ohio. She will be deeply missed by Donald D (Dianna), Debora (Dale) Erminio-Guiley, and Diane (James) Heideman; grandchildren, Daniel (Nicole), Vincent, Justin (Kimberly), Brandon, Anthony (Emme), Tracy (Lucas), and Christopher; great grandchildren, Ethan, Isaac, Katrina, Nathan, and Noah; brother, Robert (Marti) Elzer; niece, Cindy; and nephew, Daniel.

Per Teresa's wishes, cremation has taken place, and all services are private. The Elzer family has entrusted Teresa's care to Carlson Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Brunswick.
