Teresa A. Fleming, age 57, of Hartsville, Tennessee, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. She was born on March 19, 1968, in Gallatin, Tennessee, to her parents Eddie and Joyce Hall.
Teresa worked as a staff assistant to the director of the Operating Room at Sumner Regional Medical Center, for over 30 years.
Teresa's family was the centerpiece of her life. She was the most caring wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt. Teresa had a nurturing spirit and was a source of encouragement to her family. She was overjoyed to celebrate even the smallest successes and truly loved spending time together as a family.
Teresa was a woman of faith and member of Gallatin First Baptist Church. Her family will forever treasure her loud and infectious laugh, which filled their gatherings with warmth and joy. Teresa leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and dedication that will be cherished by all who knew her. She will be dearly and deeply missed by many.
Teresa Ann (Hall) Fleming is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Daron Fleming; son, Daniel Fleming (Martina); daughter, Samantha Fleming; grandsons, Brett Fleming, Greyson Fleming; father, Eddie Hall; mother, Joyce Hall; sister, Tracey Richardson (Steve); mother-in-law, Linda Fleming; sister-in-law, Cathy; nephews, Brandon, Mathew; as well as nieces, Katie and Kristin.
She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Bobby Fleming.
A memorial gathering in honor of Teresa Fleming will take place on January 31, 2026, from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Crestview Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request donations be made to either the Alzheimer’s Association (www.alz.org), or to Safe Place For Animals (www.safeplaceforanimals.com).
