Teresa Gale Crawford

Teresa Gale Crawford, 54, entered Eternal Life Monday, November 29, 2021.
Teresa was born in Louisville November 30, 1966 to William and Mary Gale. She was known by many to be a beautiful and brilliant woman, who approached each day with an incredible zeal and passion for living life well. She was a graduate from Holy Rosary High School and from the University of Louisville Speed School of Engineering and later received her Master of Business Administration and Master of Industrial Engineering from her alma mater. During her time as an undergraduate she competed as a Division I NCAA athlete for UofL's field hockey program.
Teresa was an accomplished businesswoman, having achieved the position as KFC Global Vice President Engineering & Sustainability. Her business ventures with KFC, which spanned nearly 35 years, afforded her the opportunity to travel the world. When Teresa was stateside, she could be found at her Nolin Lake retreat. Her greatest passion in life was spending time with her family and she will be remembered as a loving wife and mother.
She was preceded in death by her father, William C. Gale.
Survivors include her husband of 27 years, John Crawford; children, Johnny, Mary Ann, Carly, and Ellie Crawford; mother, Mary Gale; and siblings, Bill Gale (Bonnie), Patsy Kinney (David), Kathy Duffy (Pat), and Danny Gale (Pam).
Visitation will be 2-7 p.m. Sunday and 4-8 p.m. Monday at Ratterman and Sons, 10600 Taylorsville Road – Jeffersontown. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Michael Catholic Church.
