Teresa Ann Lovald-Hendrickson (Terri Love) 72, of Duluth, MN passed away on August 14th, 2025 in Duluth, MN.
Terri was born on April 15th, 1953 in Camp Pendleton Marine Corps base, CA, to Ernest and Elsie Lovald. She grew up in Brainerd, MN and often reminisced of the area.
Terri is survived by her children Loretta Polzin, Angela Crook, John Peterson, Christil Taylor, and Serena Lovald. Her grandchildren Tyler Roed, Susannah Roed, Alexis Crook, Alayna Crook, Ava Crook, and Alyvia crook. Her Great-grandson Dayton Hilbert. Her brother Bruce Lovald. Her nieces Jessica Wood and Andrea Hudacek. Her nephews Jason and Jamie Lovald. Her grand-nieces and nephews Abriana Kukuk, Gage Kukuk, Evan Hudacek, Ian Ausmus, And Journey Lovald. Her great niece and nephews Octavia Stenulson, and Benton and Beaux Kukuk.
Terri is preceded in death by her father and mother Ernest Lovald and Elsie Lovald-Knudsen. Her sister Diane Lovald. And Husband Donald Hendrickson.
Terri was known for her boisterous and outgoing personality and style. She spent much of her life advocating for her beliefs and caring for those around her. Terri was always ready to put on a show; whether that was flaunting her many talents in the arts such as singing and dancing, praying or showcasing photography and paintings. Terri was truly a performer and those around her loved to see it. Terri was passionate in her enjoyment for style and couldn't be missed with her always preferred flare of red hair. She had a big voice and laugh with goofiness to match and never failed to light up a room. Terri proudly held a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Saint Scholastica. Terri was passionate in her support for our country's military especially the Marine Corps as her father and brother proudly served. Terri loved her family, pets and God very much. She walked with Jesus her entire life and will be very missed, though her loved ones carry on reassured she's at peace in Jesus' arms.
Terri will be laid to rest near her father and mother in Gull River Cemetery in Brainerd, MN.
