Teresa Nichols Obituary
She is survived by her daughter, Geneva Ann (Genna) Ruryk, her parents, Howard and Barbara Nichols, her sister Kelley Nichols Krause (husband Troy), her nephew Corey Strickland (wife Mallory), and her niece Hannah Strickland Day (husband Ryan).
Having attended North Florida Christian School, Teresa chose a career in banking. After the birth of Genna, she retired from SunTrust Bank to dedicate her life and time to caring for her beloved daughter.
A ceremony to honor Teresa's life will be held Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home & Memorial Park on Timberlane Rd in Tallahassee, FL.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Big Bend Hospice or the Leon Advocacy & Resource Center in memory of Teresa.
Teresa will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her sense of humor, kindness, generosity, and warm spirit will be remembered forever.

Miss Teresa was an important part of my life. I only knew her from being a customer of mine. She always made me smile and I enjoyed our conversations and her quirky sense of humor. She will be greatly missed. I felt a bond with her as if she were a friend. I loved how she always said "love you baby" before she left or got off the phone with me.
