Terrence Lee Burghduff, age 75 of Morley, passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at his home in Morley, Michigan.
Terry was born on April 3, 1948 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the son of Giles and Clara Elizabeth (Deible) Burghduff. Terry was a Veteran of the United States Army serving two tours of duty in Vietnam. He worked for several years as a machinist.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Myra Burghduff on May 17, 2023; his daughter, Lois Jean Devlin; his parents, Giles and Clara Burghduff; and his sister and brother-in-law, Pat and Jim Michel.
Terry is survived by his children, Robert Carl Burghduff, Doris Elizabeth & Chris Stone, Tammy Lynn Cantu, Nanc Elizabeth McGorman, Richard Leroy McGorman II; his grandchildren, Sammie Jo & Kevin Henderson, Joshua Douglas Freeman, Terri Lynn Devlin, Courtney Jo Huff, Abbiegail Paige Burghduff, Nathian Wyatt Burghduff, Justin Tyler Burghduff, and Jackson Sawyer Cone; his great grandchildren, Kadin, Kashton, Karson, Kameron, Kinsley, Camille, Laurie Jean, Ryleigh, and Felicity. He is also survived by his siblings, Jerry Burghduff, Linda & Jerald Hochstetler, Jim & Nancy Cleveland, Jo Bennett, and Pauleane Cleveland; and his nieces and nephews.
Military Honors will take place at 3:00pm on Friday, October 13, 2023 at Fort Custer National Cemetery, 15501 Dickman Rd, Augusta, MI 49012.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at the American Legion Post 554, 2560 Northland Dr, Morley, MI 49336.
