Terri Michelle Carnine

1958 – 2025

Terri Michelle Carnine, 67, of Condon, Oregon, passed away at her home in Condon on September 28, 2025.

She was born in The Dalles, Oregon, to Don and Dorothy Shaffer. Terri graduated from Condon High School in 1977 and went on to attend beauty college in Portland. She returned home to Condon and worked as a hairstylist for several years before beginning a long career with Gilliam County.

In September of 1979, Terri married Stan Carnine, and together they built a life rooted in love, family, and community. Terri had a special gift for making a house a home. She took pride in decorating, caring for her yard, and creating welcoming spaces for family and friends. She also loved spending time at the Oregon coast, a place that brought her peace and joy.

Terri is survived by her husband of 46 years, Stan Carnine; her sons Brad (Melissa), Travis (Kyle), and Randy (Brooke); and her beloved grandchildren: Alyssa (Trey) and their daughters Magnolia and Juniper; Braden (Maddie); Blake; Taylor and Jory; and Karsten, Rhett, and Scotlynn. She is also remembered by extended family and countless friends who will miss her warmth and kindness.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at the Elks Lodge in Condon, Oregon.

Terri's legacy lives on through the love she gave her family and the beauty she brought into the world.
