Obituary published on Legacy.com by Lighthouse Family Mortuary - Greeley on Oct. 29, 2025.
Dr. Terri A. Harvey-Lintz of Berthoud, CO, passed away peacefully with family by her side on October 26, 2025, at Northern Colorado Medical Center in
Greeley, CO, due to complications from metastatic breast cancer that had spread to her liver. Terri was born on November 22, 1945, in Santa Monica, CA, to Francis "Barney" and Barbara (Merz) Harvey.
Terri married her high school sweetheart, Robert "Bob" Lintz, shortly after graduation. Together, they raised three children in Southern California, living a life filled with love and adventure. They shared 53 wonderful years of marriage until Bob's passing eight years ago. After spending 50 years in California, Terri and Bob chose to retire in Berthoud, CO.
Terri earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from California State University, Northridge (CSUN), followed by a master's degree in psychology from Pepperdine University. She later
completed her doctorate in neuropsychology at UCLA. With a deep commitment to her field, Terri established a thriving private practice in California, gaining the admiration of both
colleagues and patients for her compassion, dedication, and professional excellence.
Terri was an avid reader who especially enjoyed crime novels and thrillers. She and Bob delighted in taking their children to Disneyland regularly, creating countless cherished memories and continuing the tradition with their granddaughter Krystin and, later, Terri's beloved great-grandson Henry. Terri loved being called "Nana" and was recently promoted to "Great Granny Nanny." She had a special fondness for yellow, and daisies, her favorite flower, always brought a smile to her face.
Her passion for the arts inspired many trips to live theater, museums, and cultural experiences. She greatly enjoyed traveling with her family, embarking on many marvelous journeys together. Terri cherished time with her family and friends-especially her granddaughter Krystin and great-grandson Henry-and encouraged her children to be the best versions of themselves. She will be remembered as a strong, intelligent woman with the heart of a survivor. In her later years, Terri was blessed to have the daily support and care of her son, Robert, whose devotion brought comfort to her and the entire family.
Terri is survived by her children: Robert Lintz Jr.; Brian Lintz and daughter-in-law Gina; and Jennifer Schooley and son-in-law Randy. She is also survived by her granddaughter, Krystin Becker and her husband Deven; and her great-grandson, Henry, who was the light of her life. Terri is also survived by her siblings: Robin Preston (Chuck), Steven Harvey, and Russell Harvey (Kathy); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends, all of whom will miss her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Lintz Sr.; and her siblings, Kathy Esparza and Francis Harvey.
A gathering to celebrate Terri's life will be held in California at a later date; details will be shared once arrangements are finalized.
Memorial contributions may be made in Dr. Terri Harvey-Lintz's name to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, in care of Lighthouse Family Mortuary, 3600 W. 22nd St.,
