Terri J. Kozakiewicz

Terri J. Kozakiewicz age 68 of Centerville, Massachusetts passed away surrounded by her family on Tuesday, February 4th, 2025.
Born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Sarah (Ledford) and Anthony J. Tartaglio, she moved to Cape Cod in 1993 where she raised her loving family. A devout catholic, she was a valued member of the Our Lady of Victory Parish and served her community by working at Cape Cod Healthcare for over 20 years.
Terri was the heart of her home, providing warmth, kindness, and a sense that you were always right where you belonged. Treasured by all for her generosity and loyalty to tradition, and best known for her cooking, memorable parties, laughter, dance, and lively spirit. She always loved a little bit of fun.
Terri is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years Brian A. Kozakiewicz amd daughters Brianne Motil and husband Christopher, Samantha Kozakiewicz, Ashley Mochen and husband Richard of Cape Cod, MA. Loving grandmother to Aiden, Logan, Lennix, Lila, and Richie. Sister to Carolyn Santacqua, Todd Tartaglio, and the late Tina DiTroia; sister-in-law to Gary and Mark Kozakiewicz; and she leaves many nieces, nephews and friends who became family along the way.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, February 28, 2025, at 11:00am at Our Lady of Victory Parish, 230 S Main St, Centerville, MA with reception to follow.
