Terrill Dalane Durham

Terrill Dalane Durham, age 78, of East Bernstadt, Kentucky passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 55 years, Jerri Evans Durham; three children, Dusty Dalane Durham of East Bernstadt, KY, Debbie Tuggle & husband Darren of London, KY, Becky Napier & husband Glenn of London, KY; two siblings, Delores Burns & husband Larry of East Bernstadt, KY, Tilmond Durham & wife Cindy of London, KY; six grandchildren, Destanie Blake Durham & Josh, Kody Durham & Courtney, Dalton Tuggle, Delane Tuggle & wife Kenzie, Maddie Napier, Jack Napier; plus a host of other family and friends to cherish his memory.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Durham Sr. and Nannie Ruth Ponder Durham; and by five siblings, Doris Critzter, Jack Edward Durham, Cletus "Jo" Waldon, James Douglas Durham, Clifford Wade Durham.

A hardworking and dedicated man, Terrill was self-employed for much of his life and proudly owned and operated Ruth Oil Co. for more than twenty years. His strong work ethic and commitment to serving his community were hallmarks of the way he lived.

Outside of work, Terrill found joy in simple pleasures. He loved spending time outdoors-fishing, camping, farming, and tending to his garden. Whether casting a line in quiet waters or working the land with steady hands, he appreciated God's creation and the peace it offered.

Terrill was an avid sports fan who especially loved UK basketball and Cincinnati Reds baseball. He could often be found cheering on his teams, sharing excitement and friendly debate with those around him.

Above all, Terrill cherished his family. He loved them deeply, supported them wholeheartedly, and his presence will be felt in every memory and every story shared.

Terrill was of the Baptist faith, and he carried that faith with him throughout his life. He will be profoundly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A funeral service honoring Terrill Dalane Durham will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Darrell Hicks and Don Farmer officiating. Interment will follow at the Hibbitts Cemetery in London, KY. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 12, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m., also at the funeral home. The pallbearers will be Darren Tuggle, Glenn Napier, Dusty Durham, Dalton Tuggle, Delane Tuggle Kody Durham, Josh Stanton and Jack Napier. The family has entrusted House Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
