Terry served proudly in the U.S. Army Airborne Forces and attended Coastal Carolina University. A talented artist, he devoted much of his career to commercial art, advertising, and design. He had a passion for collecting stamps, listening to classic blues, and was a lifelong student of art and music.
Terry is survived by his two children, Lindsay Anderson Clark (Jon) and Lee Michael Anderson; grandchildren, Dylan and Olivia; three brothers, Chuck Anderson, Bobby Voigt, and Jason Voigt; and one sister, Angela Simpkins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Wendy Anderson Hall.
A private service will be held in his memory. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Terry's honor to seaturtlehospital.org in Surf City, N.C., or to the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) Wildlife Fund.

I'm so sorry to hear of your passing. You were a very intelligent and fun guy to converse with. I enjoyed the rides and I pray that your beautiful spirit still lives in the hearts of the ones that loved you dearly. Rest in peace.
