He was born August 28, 1959, in New Martinsville, WV, son of the late Ray Franklin and Dora Mae (Matthess) Fiber.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Nancy Thomas; 2 brothers, David Fiber, and Roger Matthess;
Survivors include his girlfriend Angie Adams, a son Donald (Rachael) Fiber of Shirley; a daughter Terri Jo (Michael) Stout of Sistersville; a brother Walter (Darlene) Fiber of New Martinsville; 4 sisters Linda (Denver) Owens of Warren, OH, Donna (Bill) Ables of New Martinsville, WV, Kathy Smith of Middlebourne, WV and Alberta (Guy) Heston, of Bolivar, OH; Terry left behind 6 grandchildren, Izic, Landon, Andi, Danica, Zeva and Lalia Eddy, many nieces and nephew and his dog "Monster".
There will be no viewing or services at Terry's request.
