Terry McGuire Obituary

Born in Cleveland, Tennessee on July 26, 1949, he was the son to the late Warren McGuire and the late Linda Pearl Chambers McGuire.
Terry was a man of simple pleasures, finding joy in life's everyday moments. Whether it was playing cards or a visit to the casino, he knew how to enjoy himself. He also took great pride in maintaining his yard, often spending time outdoors tending to his garden. Terry was a valued member of the OWLS (Older Wiser Living Seniors) group, where he formed connections and continued to share his wisdom and humor with others. He will be missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.
Terry is survived by his devoted companion Robin Almond; his sisters, June Hartsfield, Georgia Barnes and Rita McGuire all from Illinois; his brother Tony McGuire from Knoxville, TN; his sons Terry Lee McGuire, Jr., and Timothy Allen McGuire both from Illinois; his adopted children, Scott McGuire and Laura Camp; and his niece Cindy McGuire from Nashville, TN as well as several grandchildren. Terry will leave behind a legacy of laughter, kindness, and cherished memories.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Terry's name to Hospice and Community Care of Rock Hill, 2275 India Hook Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
