     Terry “Peewee” Lavon Reese, 63, of Quitman, passed away peacefully at home on January 24, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones.

     Peewee was born to Curtis Lavon Reese and Mildred Marlene (Schrimpshire) Reese Parker on June 22, 1960, in Greene County, Mississippi.   Peewee will be remembered for being a great husband, father, and grandfather, and will be missed by everyone that knew him.    

     He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Samantha Lewis Reese; sons, Terry Lavon Reese, Jr., Benjamin Franklin Reese (Jennifer), and Michael Logan Reese; stepdaughters, Amber Lewis, Chelsea Harlan, and Jennifer Alexander; his sister, Beverly Adams; and a legacy of 15 grandchildren.

     He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Curtis Michael Reese.

     Visitation for Peewee will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2024, from 2-3 pm at Barnett Independent Church located at 119 E. Chestnut Street, Pachuta, MS.  Funeral services will follow beginning at 3:00 pm, with Bro. Jason Castle officiating.
