He attended Parkview High School in Springfield, Missouri, and graduated in 1985. After high school he attended Ozark Technical College in Springfield, Missouri and earned a degree in welding. He went on to work as a fabrication welder at Fabick Cat in Springfield, Missouri, for 18+ years.
Terry met the love of his life, Rhonda Lillian Emerson, in 2003 and married her in 2018. They had 20 amazing years together.
Terry's grandfather, Willie Coker, and uncle, Wesley Coker, preceded him in death.
He is survived by his loving wife, Rhonda; his parents, Johnny and Faye; three daughters, Sharee, Nikki, and Kathy of Springfield, Missouri; six beautiful grandchildren, Jaxon, Ryker, Bella, Beck, Bryce, and Blake.
He enjoyed drag racing, working on his 1973 Duster, and being outdoors. His greatest joy was spending time wit his family, grandchildren, and friends.
Terry will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 9:30 AM with funeral services to follow at 10:30 AM at Walnut Lawn Funeral Home, Springfield, Missouri.

Terry always had a smile on his face and made it hard for you not to smile back regardless of how you were feeling. He was a wonderful and loving "Papa T" to all the grandkids. I know Jaxson and Ryker will miss his visits. Know that we are keeping all of you in our thoughts and prayers and are here for you if we can help in any way.
