I have known Terry since high school. Terry´s best friend was Manuel Rios who was my best friends (Vikki LeDuc) boyfriend. We had such fun times together, specifically, our High School Graduation trip to Disneyland. Picture of that trip attached. Terry-you were so very popular in High School and well liked by everyone. The girls thought you were so "foxy" and your code name was "TR". May you Rest in Peace my friend.

I met Terry at Kennedy Club Fitness in San Luis Obispo around 2008. He was a very nice and generous person. He hired me when the recession hit and I lost my architectural position and the firm I worked for closed. I worked for awhile at a construction site property he had and also did yard work at his house. I would see him at Kennedy often and speak with him on the phone on a semi regular basis. He was always considerate, respectful and caring. It was hard to see him suffer with his health decline for these past years. He was a hard working person and was able to build success with his life financially. He had many friends including myself who will dearly miss him. I believe Terry is enjoying his loves which were swimming, photography and taking drives in nature somewhere in the life beyond.

Last time I saw Terry, was in May 2018, at K-Mart in Atascadero. We chatted for a few minutes. He appeared to be well and in good spirits.
