Terry A. Sentell

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Terry Allan Sentell, age 79, of Anderson, SC, announce his passing on Sunday, November 10, 2024, at Rainey Hospice House.
Born July 31, 1945, in Anderson, SC, he was a son of the late Nellie Ruth Thompson Sentell and the late Edward Sentell. He was also preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Charles Welborn.
Terry loved his family immensely, especially his wife Linda. They would have celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary on December 31st. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved water skiing. He was a member of many hunting and fishing clubs and was a member of Concord Baptist Church. He retired from Michelin and served in the National Guard. Terry will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Gail Welborn Sentell; son, Jason "Jay" Sentell; brother, David Sentell (Barbara); granddaughter, Madison Sentell; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, from 1:00-2:15 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 2:30 pm in the Chapel with Rev. Chad Sentell and Rev. Mike Kinard officiating. A private burial will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
