Terry Sidelinger Obituary

Terry William Sidelinger, age 59, of Harborcreek, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 14, 2025. Terry was a 1984 graduate of Cathedral Prep and worked many years as a skilled mason before a hunting accident left him paralyzed.

Terry had a joyful soul and encompassing personality. He made everyone feel included and welcome. He was always happy to help anyone with a project, a move, or a spontaneous adventure. This didn't prevent him from constantly playing jokes on those who let their guard down, but they were done with such a genuinely fun attitude that no one could be upset for long.

Terry treasured the life he built with his wife of 33 years, Wendy Noble-Sidelinger. They could always make each other laugh and appreciated all the small moments as well as the big life events. Wendy will miss his talent for remembering and singing obscure songs or ad-libbing when he forgot the lyrics to others. Terry loved being outdoors, whether for hunting and fishing, or just sitting and soaking up the sunshine. He was most proud of their daughters and the strong, independent and compassionate women they have grown into.

Terry is predeceased by his father, Clifford Sidelinger. He is survived by his wife, Wendy; daughters, Tessa (Sean) Rutkosky and Brynn Sidelinger; his mother, Suzanne Sidelinger; his siblings, Michael (Maureen) Sidelinger, Linda (Gerald) Tarney and Mark (Kim) Sidelinger as well as many nieces and great-nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd., on Saturday July 19th, from 5 pm until the time of the Funeral Service at 6 pm, conducted by Rev. James McCormick. Condolences may be sent to www.dusckasfuneralhomes.com.
