Thelma Conwell Obituary
Thelma is survived by her children, Dianne Conwell Beaulieu (S.J.), Patrick E. Conwell (Marion), Ricky E. Conwell (Toni), and Louis E. Conwell (Debbie). Sister of Ruby Jones Wade of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Grandmother of Sterling Beaulieu III, Cristen Conwell Watters (Zac), William Joseph Conwell, Jessica Vogt, and Whitney Vogt Sedgass (Adam). Great grandmother of Dylan Blake, Avery and Emalynn Beaulieu, Benjamin and Wyatt Watters, Levi and Cody Sedgass, Savannah Zepeda, and Larissa and Arielle Daigle. Great Great Grandmother of Harley Jae Favrot and Jaxson Anthony Welch.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband William Evans Conwell and her grandson Mark Dewey Beaulieu (Kayla), her parents Dewey and Willie Jones of Kimberly, Alabama, brothers Raford Jones of Gardendale, Alabama, and Alton Jones of Kimberly, Alabama, as well as her sister Zelma Jones Hill of Mount Olive, Alabama.
Visitation will be held on Monday October 6, 2025, at 1030am at Jacob Schoen Funeral Home located at 3827 Canal St. New Orleans, La 70119 with a funeral service beginning at 12pm. Interment will immediately follow in Cypress Grove Cemetery.
In Lieu of Flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, which was her favorite charity.
