Theodore "Teddy" Carpenter, was born February 9, 1965, in Baltimore, Maryland and passed away unexpectedly at home on February 20, 2025.
Teddy attended Baltimore City Public Schools and earned his High School Diploma from Walbrook Senior High School. He also attended Karate School during his teenage years, ultimately earning the rank of a black belt. He also participated in local tournaments.
Teddy worked for many years as a cook, a profession that allowed him to show off his skills and to share his love of food with others. He was known for making some delicious dishes. He was also known for his infectious sense of humor-his jokes could make anyone laugh until they cried. He had a remarkable talent for drawing and created some amazing work. He found joy in spending time with his friends.
Teddy was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Betty Jean Carpenter, his brother Marvin Carpenter and nephew Kevin Kernes.
He is survived by his 3 children, Octavia, Danielle Carpenter and Marvin Carpenter; four sisters, Fleater Carpenter, Rosetta Carpenter, Deborah Carpenter, Gloria Carpenter; one brother, Willie Carpenter, III., four grandchildren, eight nephews, 4 nieces and his best friend, Twin; and a host of other relatives and good friends
