Theodore D. "Ted" Ervin

Theodore "Ted" Dale Ervin was born on November 7, 1941 and went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 5, 2024 at the age of 82. Services will be on Friday February 16th at 11am at the Hope Cemetery 600 S Red River St Henrietta, TX 76365. Ted managed the Jolly Truck Stop for many years. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. He is survived by his wife Patricia "Ann" Ervin, daughter Shelia Smith, daughter Sherrie Huber, daughter Shelly and spouse Richard Redford, Terry and spouse Sharon Ervin, Kevin and spouse Kelisha Ervin; his grandchildren Justin Magers, Jason and spouse Mandi Magers, Brittney and spouse Randall Gibson, Lacie Ervin, Sasha Walls, Taylor and spouse Lane Martin, Jessica Redford, Chris and spouse Meaghan Ervin, Amber Neff and spouse, Jace Ervin, Chris Simmons, Colin Ervin, Kirsten and spouse Cason Cook, Bailey and spouse Beau Cook, and Brylea Ervin along with 32 great grandchildren. He met his loving son Teddy Ervin, grandson Spencer Walls and a host of family and friends at the wonderful gates when he arrived. Ted loved to be outside piddling around in his shop and playing with his many keys he had. In Lieu of flowers, the family would like donations sent to Hospice of Wichita Falls.
