She is also survived by her older brother, Vic; younger sister, Patty; two daughters, Brittany and Tina; and 4 grandchildren, Jared, Jacob, Chris, and Micah.
She was a proud resident of Peoria Heights and graduated from Peoria Heights High School in 1972. She worked as a CNA for both, Methodist and OSF Hospitals, then spent several years as a secretary and wedding coordinator at Peoria Heights Congregational Church.
Theresa was very loving and kind. She loved spending as much time as possible with her grandkids. She could always make you smile!
The family will receive friends from 5-6 p.m. on Friday, November 1, 2024, at Gary Deiters Funeral Home & Cremation Services in East Peoria. Cremation will follow.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Online condolences may be left at www.GaryDeitersFH.com.
