Theresa Bessette Harper

Theresa "Teri" Bessette Harper was born June 28, 1957 to Mary Kie Lohr and John Francis "Bud" Garvey in Sayre, Pennsylvania. She passed away on October 26, 2023 in Bellingham Washington. Teri married Dennis Michael Harper on March 24, 1984. Teri was a beloved wife, mother, and friend. She will be remembered as a kind hearted and family loving individual who was giving to a fault. She was the type of person who went out of her way to be kind to everyone and to make sure that you felt valued. She loved nature, animals, music, especially blues and jazz (listening to and signing), and reading. If you watched Jeopardy with her, chances were good she would put you to shame. Teri understood life was fleeting and tried her best to get the most out of every day. As she was fond of saying, "Life is short, eat dessert first!!" Teri is survived by her daughter Serena Harper.
