Theresa "Terri" L. (Little) Hughes, age 70, of Irwin, formerly of Loretto, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2025 with her family by her side. She was born May 24, 1955 in Altoona, the 7th daughter of the late Harold and Marian (Hall) Little. She worked at the Sam's Club Bakery in Fredrick, Maryland and was an active member of St. Michael's church and LAMAA softball association for many years. Terri will be remembered as a loyal friend, protective grandma, and avid Steelers fan. Terri loved baking treats to share with her friends and family, and one of her favorite places to be was the ball field on a warm spring evening. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband and first love Don L. Hughes, brothers-in-law Jimmy Hurteau, Tim Glass, Denny Hughes and Fred Hughes, sister-in-law Debby Murvine, nephew Matthew, and niece Meredith. She is survived by her daughters Erica Hughes of Fredrick, Maryland and Elise (Scott) Smith of North Huntingdon, grandchildren Ashton, Parker and Raleigh, Sisters Linda Hurteau, Cheri (Henry) Nileski, Lit Little-Kaiser, Pat McCully, Liz (Bob) Fitzsimmons, Nancy (Mike) Snead, Queenie Glass, Debbie (Jody) Weyandt, brother-in-law Doug (Nettie) Hughes, sister-in-law Darlene (Ken) Gailey, and many beloved nieces and nephews. Friends and family will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday May 28th at the William Snyder Funeral Home, 521 Main Street, 724-863-1200. Memorial contribution can be made to PAL Norwin, P.O.
