Born on March 11, 1971 in Queens, she was the daughter of Richard Orlowksi and Joan (Decker) Eisenberg.
Theresa was a Registered Nurse and worked for numerous hospitals in New York throughout her career.
She was an active person whose love for dancing, singing, and acrobatics reflected strongly in her life. She always had a bit of "bling," and she wasn't afraid to shine, whether she was singing karaoke with friends or simply enjoying a day out with her family. She brought the light. With her love of having a good time, nothing brought her more joy than simply being around her loved ones, especially her granddaughter. She was always there to capture those memories with plenty of photos.
Survivors include her daughters, Danielle and husband Trevor Lagoy, and Kayla Hallock; along with her granddaughter Sienna Rose LaGoy; her mother, Joan Eisenberg and Donald Eisenberg; and her siblings, Christina "Tina" Ortiz, Eric Orlowski; and her nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn, Zackery and Austin.
In keeping with Theresa's wishes, cremation has taken place.
A memorial service is scheduled for this Saturday, August 30th, at the Rhinebeck Reformed Church, 6368 Mill Street, Rhinebeck, NY. The service will begin at 11AM.
Arrangements are under the direction of Sweet's Funeral Home, Inc., Rte. 9, Hyde Park
