My sincere sympathy´s to the Avino family. I knew Tom since early 1980s and always thought of Tom highly and he was a great guy. One of a kind. I´m so sorry.

Our parents were great friends over many years. As kids we often played together whenever those gatherings took place. One of my fondest memories was the time we visited Fairfax and there was never a dull moment. I can still hear the sound of Tommy´s laugh, and the others who cheered him on following suit as we jumped off the beds using them as trampolines! The sounds of your Mom and Dad often telling us to quiet down. I can hear her yelling your name in that beautiful accent ! But that never stopped us one bit. Throughout the years we always managed to stay connected. We always enjoyed sharing the memories of days gone by and our Italian bloodlines. I´ll never forget your trips to NY and especially your genuine care for people who you always made feel special and loved. I know your legacy of love will forever live on through the reflections of your beautiful family. I will cherish our friendship forever until the end of time. Rest in Forever Paradise my dear childhood lifelong friend.
