Thomas Benedict "Benny" Boone

Thomas Benedict "Benny" Boone, 90 of Lebanon, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, February 21, 2026. Born on November 26, 1935 in Washington County, he was the son of the late Joseph William Boone and Angela (Roberts) Boone.

Thomas "Benny" retired from Parker-Kalon after 37 dedicated years of service. He was a proud member of the Kentucky National Guard, and served honorably in the United States Army Reserve. He was a faithful member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Margaret Boone, Joe (Dee Dee) Boone, Charles (Martha) Boone, Jay Boone, Sister Anne Catherine Boone, O.P., Theresa (Billy) Allison, and Billy Boone.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Margaret Alice (Thomas) Boone; his children, Pat (Liz) Boone, Pam Smith, Allen (Mary Joe) Boone, Paul (Ginny) Boone, and Scott (Jan) Boone; also surviving are 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandsons.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at St. Augustine Catholic Church.

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at Bosley Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 7:00 P.M. officiated by Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
