Thomas Blake Boyd, 27, of Macon, Georgia passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 8, 2024. A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024, at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Fairhaven Funeral Home. The family invites friends to join them for a time of visitation one hour prior to the service. Pastor David Collins will officiate.
Blake was born on July 28, 1996, in Macon, Georgia to Mr. Thomas Allen Boyd and Mrs. Melissa Michelle Bush. He was a father, husband, uncle, brother, and friend to everyone he encountered. As a father, Blake surpassed all expectations, instilling values of respect and kindness in his boys. He was a husband that constantly showed his wife, Rebecca the meaning of being a man and loving her to no end. His love for motorcycles and cars was evident in his passion for working on them, relishing the challenge and the grime that came with it. He took pride in his work as a Technician with Suburban Propane and devoted countless hours to their success. Yet, amidst all his pursuits, his greatest accomplishment remained his family. Blake admired his sons immensely, guiding them with wisdom and affection, cherishing every moment spent fishing, horsing around, and simply being their father. He brought joy, laughter, and love to everyone around him, and he will be missed dearly.
He is preceded in death by his nana, Judy Ann Harrell.
Left to cherish Blake's memory is his wife of 7 amazing years, Rebecca Lynn Boyd; his pride and joys, Thomas Blake Boyd, Jr., James Allen Boyd, and Kyler Cole Boyd; parents, Thomas Allen Boyd and Melissa Michelle Bush (Jimmy); brother, Ryan Allen Boyd (Quincy); sister, Gracie Michelle Adkins; nephew, Carlyle Quinn Boyd; grandparents, Garland and Paula Harrell and Buster and Gayle Boyd; uncles, Dean Boyd, Bubba Black (Shelley) and Jimmy Black; cousins, Madison Boyd, Alexis Boyd, and Brittany Boyd; and great grandma, Annette Lee.
